Sizes guide:
Extra Small : 9-12 inch - width is 16mm, up to 7kg in weight
Small : 11-15 inch - width is 16mm, up to 10kg in weight
Medium : 14-20 inch - width is 20mm, up to 17kg in weight
Large : 19-25 inch - width is 25mm, up to 28kg in weight
 
These are extremely easy to care for, every now and then or as needed just pop it in the washing machine and give it a quick wash on a low heat.
